Trivia Night
This year our Trivia Night will be held on Saturday 21st August at Canton Beach Sports Club, with kick off being at 6.30pm. The cost of the night is $10 per head ( Around 10 people per table ). So get your table organised ( or join others ) and get ready for some brain teasing laughs. Lots and lots of prizes to be won throughout the night ( ranging from restaurant vouchers , car services or even a bit of pampering for your pooch. ) See Tricia or Teena in canteen, or your Coach and Manager about securing tickets.Can anyone outsmart last years winners from this years 15A ( They think that they are a moral to win again ) or will a new team stand up to be counted. So lets get organised and have a good fun night out.
Seniors Photos
This years photos will be held at Harry Moore oval on the 8th August. If Team members have not received envelopes regarding the payment of photos please advise Managers and they can then check in the canteen on training days for the paperwork.

Donate a Dollar
Some of you may be aware that we have had a few break-ins and theft to our canteen and clubhouse. Thanks to Matt Conquest, a parent of players in 15A's and 12C's, we now have a secure canteen and gear store. Matt and his father, Ray, donated their time to reinforce the ceiling to prevent future break-ins. The 13E's suggested that if every player donated just $1 then that would cover the cost of materials and go a long way to helping our Club. Donations can be made at the canteen or bbq in the collection buckets.
We would like to thank Matt and Ray Conquest for volunteering their time to make our clubhouse secure and preventing future losses.

Committee Meetings
All coaches and managers are welcome to attend committee meetings held on the second Monday of each month at Canton Beach Sports Club, commencing at 7pm. This is an important method of communication and an opportunity to exchange information that may be relevant to your players and/or parents.

Canteen and BBQ
A big thankyou to all those teams who have volunteered to help out in the canteen and BBQ and also to the managers who organise it. Your efforts have made a real difference and go a long way to contributing to club spirit and pride.
Council Rangers
During the wet weather there has been people playing on the grounds even though they are closed. Field 2 has copped the brunt of it, with considerable damage occurred.
